The public library of Herzogenaurach offers approximately 25,000 items which are regularly updated. For our English speaking customers we have novels and childrens books, cassettes, CD, DVDs, DS, Wii and board games.
You can borrow our books for four weeks. Movies are due after one week. All other items - board games, CDs, CD-ROMs, Wii, DS, cassettes and magazines - are due after two weeks. We have a 10 Euro membership fee for adults (from 18 years old), valid for 12 months. Anyone who lives or works in Herzogenaurach is welcome. Childrens' memberships (from 6 years old) are free of charge.
For just 1 Euro per hour you can surf in our internet.
Everyone interested in lively literary discussions is invited to join our English book clubs. They meet every 6 weeks on Wednesdays. During the winter months we offer english readings for children on Fridays.
