Here you can see who works at rabatz and who your contacts are when you drop by. We are always happy to meet new faces and support you if you need help.
Are you interested in working at rabatz? No problem: you can always help us as a volunteer in our planning team, behind the bar, as a DJ, sound technician or set-up and dismantling helper. Just get in touch if you are interested or drop by.

Daniel Birk
Dani is the educational manager at the youth centre. He is responsible for the programme at rabatz and for activities and projects throughout the city. Above all, he takes care of your ideas and suggestions. To this end, he travels around the city as the ‘city youth worker’, organises the youth conference and other participatory projects or organises events at rabatz. He is also happy to help you with problems with friends, parents, at work or at school. Even if you have messed up and have to do community service after a court hearing, for example, he is the right contact person for you!

Thomas "Smiley" Schönfelder
Smiley is a pedagogical employee at rabatz. At the youth centre, he is primarily responsible for the programme, collaborations and most of the public relations work. He is your contact person and also looks after the teams and employees in the centre as well as all sorts of things related to the ‘FreiRaum’. Rafael Strzodka
Rafi has been part of the rabatz team since autumn 2022 and is responsible for mobile youth work in Herzogenaurach. He is the contact person for the wishes, needs and crises of teenagers and young adults aged between 14 and 27. Feel free to get in touch with him with your ideas and suggestions, or if you simply don't know what to do with your problems. Rafael will provide you with confidential and, if you wish, anonymous counselling and offer you various forms of support and help. Whether it's about school, work, friends, family, addiction, loss or stress with the law. His services range from counselling, support and referral to the existing help system to alternative leisure activities. Just talk to him!

Verena Sundberg
Verena is a great support to the educational staff in the youth centre office. She takes care of administration, accounting, bookings and invoices. Even if you would like to hire rabatz for a private party, she will take care of all contractual matters with you. Verena is also happy to answer any questions you may have about rabatz and supports the team wherever she can.
